Rob Kosier

Rob Kosier is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Information Technology at Penn National Gaming since January 2020, Rob oversees IT operations for five properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining enterprise technology priorities. Prior to this role, Rob held various leadership positions, including Director of Information Technology at both Penn National Gaming Inc and Hollywood Casino Columbus, where responsibilities included implementing IT infrastructure during property construction. Additional experience includes Director of Product Development at SkyWire Media Inc, Director of Information Technology at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and Executive Director of Information Technology at American Casino and Entertainment Properties. Rob's career started in IT Management roles, including a significant tenure as Chief of Information Technology in the United States Air Force. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Capella University and an Associate's Degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
