Elizabeth Hall (Betsy)

Elizabeth (Betsy) Hall is an experienced nursing professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an RN Care Manager at St. Luke's Penn Foundation since October 2013, Betsy manages a program for individuals with chronic, severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders, conducting mobile nursing and psychiatric assessments while coordinating referrals and medication management with psychiatrists. Prior to this role, Betsy worked for 25 years at Silver Springs - Martin Luther School as a Staff Nurse and Executive On Duty, providing nursing services in residential treatment for children and participating in the Foster Family Care Program. Betsy holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from Montgomery County Community College, earned between 1988 and 1993.
