Jessica Fuller Ellis

Jessica Fuller Ellis serves as a Care Manager and Blended Case Manager at St. Luke's Penn Foundation since July 2019. Concurrently, Jessica has been a Student Coordinator of Student Engagement at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania since May 2018, where responsibilities include event planning for Global Week and assisting the Director of Student Engagement. Jessica has also held the position of President of the Campus Activities Board, overseeing meetings, budget planning, and event execution. Previous experience includes an internship at Upper Darby Township Police Department and a role as a Kids Kare/Summer Camp Counselor at Indian Valley Family YMCA. Jessica holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
