Team Leader, Assertive Community Treatment Team at PENN FOUNDATION INC

Rockella Blaylock, MA, LPC, NCC, currently serves as the Team Leader for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at Penn Foundation, a role held since June 2016, where responsibilities include establishing, administering, and directing clinical operations for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. In addition, Rockella has been involved in academia as a Quantitative Research Methods/SPSS Tutor at Alvernia University and as a Statistics Tutor for the Accelerated Degree Program at Albright College. Experience also includes providing residential support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Supportive Concepts for Families and completing a psychology internship at Reading Hospital Partial Hospitalization Program, which involved facilitating therapeutic groups and creating individualized treatment plans. Rockella holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology/Organizational Behavior from Albright College.
