Brayden Serna

Brayden Serna is an experienced professional currently serving as a Systems Analyst, Community Resource Navigator, and Unit Assistant at Beacon Health System since October 2020, where critical staffing shortages were addressed while continuing primary responsibilities in patient care. Prior roles include Medical Receptionist, managing substantial patient flow and facilitating communication between providers and pharmaceutical representatives, while also leading training and onboarding efforts for new staff. Additionally, Brayden has contributed to Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation as a Substitute Teacher and Kids Club Site Coordinator, restructured programs for children, and provided support and coaching to staff. Brayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Health Services Administration from Indiana University South Bend, and graduated from Penn High School in 2018.
