Jason McMillen

Jason McMillen has a diverse work experience in the maintenance and facilities field. Jason has worked in various companies, starting with Western National Property Management as a Service Manager in 2010. Jason then moved on to Equity Residential and Invitation Homes, where they worked as a Service Technician, handling general apartment and home maintenance tasks. Later, they worked as a Service Manager at Fountainglen Properties and then joined Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital as a Maintenance Engineer, responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs. Jason also worked at GOODCO MECHANICAL, INC. as a Plumber/Installer, installing plumbing systems. Additionally, they worked at Juniper Village at Brookline as an Environmental Services Director, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulatory standards. More recently, they served as a Maintenance Supervisor at Presbyterian Senior Living. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Facilities at Penn Highlands Healthcare.
