William Chinn

William Chinn, FACHE has a strong background in healthcare leadership, with experience in various roles. William is currently serving as the President at Penn Highlands Healthcare, overseeing a network of providers, outpatient clinics, and hospitals. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Ochsner Health, where they led the Baptist hospital and played a crucial role in managing the COVID pandemic. William also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Mount Carmel Health System, where they were responsible for financial operations and the Diley Ridge Medical Center. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Nationwide Childrens Hospital and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they gained experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and healthcare administration. Throughout their career, William Chinn has consistently demonstrated their ability to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
