Catherine Caswell

Catherine Caswell is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, holding various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at PENN Interactive since February 2025, Catherine previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Recovery Centers of America and held multiple positions at PENN Interactive, including HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Brandywine Hospital, and working as an Onboarding Specialist at Cielo Talent. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University, completed in 2016.
