Customer Care offers support and guidance when needed to connect customers to what is important to them. With 20 years of Customer Service and Call Center experience, Jackie facilitates development, coaching, and support to create moments of excellence for her team that transcend to the customer experience. She received an Associate of Science degree from the Community College of Philadelphia.
