Cherie Weber Phr

Cherie Weber, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Penn Line Family of Companies since December 2021, overseeing HR operations in a mid-market contractor environment with diverse multi-state operations. Previously, Cherie held the position of Human Resources Director at Kukurin Contracting, Inc. from June 2020 to December 2021 and served as the Director of Administration and Human Resources for MLP Steel, LLC - Fayette Custom Wire Products/Laurel Custom Grating from June 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included strategic direction on HR operations and talent acquisition. Cherie's extensive HR experience began as part of the Municipality of Murrysville from May 2002 to June 2017, focusing on recruitment processes for both union and non-union candidates. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Human Resources Specialization, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hill University, and has continued education in Professional in Human Resources Certification.
