Bill Bell

Bill Bell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill most recently held the position of Vice President, Advanced Sales at Penn Mutual starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pacific Life for a significant part of their career, holding various roles including Vice President, Advanced Designs and Illustration Development from April 2022 to August 2023, Assistant Vice President, Advanced Designs and Illustration Development from March 2013 to April 2022, and Director of Advanced Designs from January 2003 to March 2013. Before entering the insurance industry, Bill worked as a Legal Clerk/Attorney at the Law Offices of Jon A. Kodani in 2002. Bill also gained experience as an Intern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2001, a Legal Intern at Rhino Entertainment in 2000, and a Temporary Legal Clerk at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 1999. Bill started their career as a Training Coordinator at Autobytel from September 1997 to September 1998.

Bill Bell earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Pepperdine Law in 2002. Before that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2001. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from UC Santa Barbara, which they received in 1997.
