Ginny Ferraro

Ginny Ferraro currently serves as the Director of Shared Services at Penn Mutual since July 2021, overseeing the Document Management Center, Forms Management, Print Services, and Regulatory Controls & Quality. Prior to this role, Ginny worked at Prudential Financial for 26 years, where positions included Manager/Project Manager, Associate Manager, and Quality Leader/Analyst. In the manager role, Ginny directed multiple enterprise initiatives that led to significant cost savings and promoted career growth and retention, all while ensuring service quality excellence and coaching a team of 40 quality professionals across diverse operations.
