Shavonne Shipman Cook

Shavonne Shipman Cook has extensive experience in regulatory and quality controls, currently serving as a Manager at Penn Mutual since March 2000. In this role, Shavonne manages departmental priorities and resources, acts as a liaison between Agile teams, and ensures the successful completion of various projects. Previously, Shavonne was a Senior Annuity Operations Specialist and a Senior Training & Development Coordinator, where responsibilities included training customer service representatives and enhancing service delivery.
