Julie Nolan

Julie Nolan has over four decades of experience in the technology sector, with a career spanning roles in applications development and management. Currently serving as Applications Manager at Penn National Insurance since January 1991, Julie leads a team responsible for production support of underwriting applications, including policy issuance and website maintenance. Prior experience includes applications developer roles at Comp-U-Staff, where production support was provided for local companies, and at Brockway, Inc., focusing on mainframe systems and end-user support for PC tools. Julie began their career as a programmer at Bell Laboratories, supporting Assembler language systems. An academic background in Computer Science was obtained at Penn State University.
