Steve Swanson

Steve Swanson is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and corporate development. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Bon Tool Company, Steve has also held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors at Penn National Insurance, as well as President at Swanson Consulting, LLC and CSE Corporation. Additionally, Steve is the Owner of The Alternative Board. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Business Administration and Economics from Roanoke College.
