Tracy Fleager, MS, CPCU, ARe has a diverse and accomplished work experience. Tracy began their career at Highmark in 2002, working as an Actuarial Associate and Decision Support Consultant until 2010. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the insurance industry.

In 2010, Tracy joined Penn National Insurance as an Analytics Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing predictive modeling projects for the commercial lines area. Tracy worked closely with consultants and maintained scorecards used by underwriters for pricing decisions. Tracy held this position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Tracy worked as a Statistician and Consultant at LW Consulting, Inc. Tracy developed and reviewed statistical sampling methodology for compliance audits focused on physicians and nursing homes. Additionally, they assisted other consultants with their data, analytic, and database needs.

Tracy returned to Penn National Insurance in 2016, taking on the position of Enterprise Risk Manager. Tracy held this role until 2021, when they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Corporate Risk. Tracy's responsibilities in this role include overseeing risk management strategies and policies within the company.

Tracy completed their Master of Science degree in Statistics from West Virginia University, graduating in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from PennWest Clarion, graduating in 1994. Tracy's education journey began at Cedar Crest High School, where they completed their high school education from 1987 to 1990.
