Morgan Schnars

Morgan Schnars is a product developer at Kimberly-Clark since June 2023, with a focus on advancing product innovation and specifications. Prior experience includes roles as a merchandise captain and supply logistics captain for Penn State THON™, and a cell therapy intern at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Morgan contributed to assay troubleshooting and analysis. Additional experience as a product engineering co-op at Kimberly-Clark involved optimizing specifications for medical devices and managing supplier relations. Morgan began a career in laboratory techniques at the Regional Science Consortium, focusing on environmental analysis. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Penn State University.
