Cara Harris

Cara Harris is a Clinical Staff Leader at Penn State Health, overseeing daily operating room surgical operations and ensuring staff assignments and productivity goals are met since February 2021. Additionally, Cara serves as a House Supervisor and has held multiple roles, including Admissions Nurse, Intake Coordinator, and Behavioral Health Specialist at the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute since December 2017. Cara is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Penn State University, expected to be completed in May 2027, and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
