Madhavi Kari

Madhavi Kari serves as the Assistant Director of the Office of Inclusion & Diversity Engagement at Penn State University's College of Information Sciences and Technology since 2004, focusing on connecting underrepresented students with academic and professional resources. Madhavi has developed recruiting strategies aimed at supporting diverse undergraduate students and collaborates with employers to create inclusive recruiting pipelines. Previous roles include Diversity and Inclusion Strategist/Talent Acquisition, Director of Career Solutions & Corporate Engagement, and Administrative Fellow for the Vice President of Student Affairs at Penn State. Madhavi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Workforce Education and Development, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, all from Penn State University, alongside participation in the McKinsey - Asian Management Accelerator Program.
