Megan Torrance

Megan Torrance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design, strategy consulting, and educational facilitation. As the CEO and Chief Energy Officer of TorranceLearning since January 2003, Megan leads a team dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences for clients through strategic relationships and thought leadership. Concurrently, Megan serves as a course facilitator at Cornell University, teaching various leadership and communication programs, and as an instructor for the Learning Design & Technology program at Penn State University. Additionally, Megan instructs a course on Designing Effective Teams in the Executive Masters in Human Resources Management curriculum at Cornell University ILR School, and contributes as an advisory board member for HR.com, influencing research in learning engagement solutions. Prior to these roles, Megan operated as an independent consultant and held a managerial position at Andersen Consulting, focusing on shared services integration. Megan holds a BS in Communication and an MBA from Cornell University.
