Robert Roberts

Robert Roberts is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of Food Science. Currently serving as Professor and Head of Food Science at Penn State University since March 2013, Robert has a robust background in teaching, advising, and conducting research in dairy products processing. Prior roles include Professor and Interim Head of Food Science at The Pennsylvania State University from May 2012 to March 2013, and Associate Professor of Food Science from May 1998 to May 2012. Robert's research primarily focuses on fermented dairy products and the functional genomics of probiotic bacteria, contributing significantly to the academic and practical understanding of dairy science.
