Sam Bertolino

Sam Bertolino is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and design management. Since April 2011, Sam has served as the Manager of Design Services at Penn State University, leading a team of 30 to 40 architects and engineers in the Office of Physical Plant (OPP) Design Services. This group focuses on providing professional architectural and engineering support for various multidisciplinary renovation projects at the university. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Project Manager at ATCS, PLC from August 2006 to April 2011 and held the position of Transportation Design Program Manager at Dewberry from January 1990 to August 2006. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University between 1985 and 1989.
