T. Mark Miller

T. Mark Miller, P.E. serves as the Associate Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer at Penn State University since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in facilities management and planning. Previously, T. Mark Miller held the position of Associate Vice President for Facility Management at the University of Nebraska from August 2017 to June 2019, and served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Facilities Planning & Construction at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2012 to June 2019. T. Mark Miller's career also includes over two decades as a Civil Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 2012. Educated with a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming, T. Mark Miller combines a strong academic background with substantial professional expertise.
