Carole Hamilton has worked in various roles in the insurance industry. Carole began their career at Colonial Penn as a Supervisor in 1987 and later became the Director of Policyholder Service in 1991. In 1998, they moved to Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and took on the role of Call Center Management. During their time there, they led the Service and Sales departments to achieve the highest Customer Satisfaction rate and implemented a virtual work at home model for call center associates. Later in 2015, Carole joined Penn Treaty Network America as the Vice President of Claims and Call Center Operations.

Carole Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education/English from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. The exact timeline of their education is not specified.
