Deb Crandall has extensive experience in customer service and relationship management, currently serving as a Customer Retention Representative at Waste Connections since August 2021. Prior to this role, Deb worked at Penn Waste as a Customer Care Manager starting in February 2010, focusing on establishing and maintaining customer relationships and addressing complaints to enhance satisfaction and retain business. Deb also has sales experience from WatersEdge Design and served as an Office Manager at Junior Achievement of South Central PA from 1994 to 2003.
