J. Chris Highfield has a diverse and extensive work experience. J. Chris is currently the President of Pennant Moldings, Inc., a global leader in stamped, roll formed, assembled, and decorated metal components for various industries. Prior to that, they held executive positions at Core Molding Technologies, including Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales, and Vice President and Commercial Lead. J. Chris also served as the Director of Commercial Vehicles at Core Molding Technologies. Before that, Chris worked at American Trim, where they held roles such as Commercial Director and Director of N.A. Sales & New Markets. J. Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in the manufacturing and commercial sectors.

J. Chris Highfield has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management & Finance from Cedarville University. Prior to earning their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University. J. Chris started their educational journey at Clark State College, where they completed an Associates of Applied Business degree with a focus on Management & Marketing.
