Jeffrey Sion

Jeffrey Sion is currently the corporate counsel at Pennant Park Investment. Jeffrey was previously a partner at Dechert LLP from December 2013 to December 2017. Before that, they were a partner and national tax leader at KPMG from November 1994 to December 2013. Prior to that, they were the tax director at The Dreyfus Corporation from October 1989 to November 1994.

Jeffrey Sion attended Lehigh University - College of Business and Economics, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Jeffrey then went on to attend Pace University School of Law, where they received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Law.

Their manager is Art Penn, Founder & Managing Partner. They work with Pete Mitchell - Managing Director, Head of Private Capital Fundraising, Colin Maguire - Principal, and Richard Cheung - CFO.
