Dave Marsden

Dave joined the Agency as an Intensive Case Manager in March of 1994 and was quickly promoted to Case Management Supervisor. Dave transferred to their Information Technology Department in 2010 as the Business Analyst. He was promoted to Director of Information Technology and Business Development in 2012 and then to AED in July of 2019. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island and has obtained numerous certifications in various IT fields. Dave oversees Business Development & Information Systems at PMHC.
