Todd Hynes

Todd Hynes, P. Eng., has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Todd is currently serving as the Vice President - Business Development, Ontario Region at Pennecon. Todd previously worked at Cahill Constructors Limited as the Vice President Quality from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President QHSE at The Cahill Group from 2008 to 2017. Todd also has experience as a Manager of Metallurgical Engineering & Inspection at North Atlantic Refining Limited (NARL Refining, LP) from 1999 to 2008. Before that, they worked as a Paper Mill Maintenance Engineer at Abitibi Consolidated from 1998 to 1999 and as an Inspection Engineer at Altec Inspection Ltd from 1995 to 1998.

Todd Hynes, P. Eng. obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1995. In 2010, they completed an Executive Education program in Leadership at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
