Ladonna Smith

LaDonna Smith currently serves as General Manager at Pennex Aluminum Co. since October 2021. Prior to this role, LaDonna held multiple positions at Constellium from January 2012 to October 2021, including Group Sustainability and Safety Manager, Plant Manager, and Operations Manager. LaDonna earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
