The Operations and Maintenance team at Pennex ensures optimal functionality and efficiency of our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Comprising roles such as the Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technician, IT Operations Administrator, and Project Manager for ERP Systems and Capital Projects, this team is responsible for maintaining continuous production, troubleshooting operational issues, implementing system upgrades, and executing capital projects. They work collaboratively to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, supporting Pennex Aluminum's mission of delivering high-quality aluminum products while fostering a positive workplace.
