Candice Neff Hull has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Candice Neff started their career at ASCAP as an intern for a few months in 2007. In 2006, they worked as an intern at the Country Music Association (CMA), where they assisted with media relations and CMA Awards events. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Assistant to the Alumni Relations Director at Belmont University, handling administrative duties, event preparation, and marketing/promotions.

Candice Neff then joined Members 1st Federal Credit Union in 2005, starting as a Teller in branch operations and later taking on the role of Records Processor, where they were responsible for reviewing loan documents and maintaining electronic records.
