Rebecca Dziobon has a strong background in family law and has held various roles throughout their career. Rebecca began their career as a pro bono legal adviser at RCJ advice centre from 2005 to 2010. Rebecca then worked as a trainee solicitor and later as an associate solicitor at Manches LLP from 2003 to 2010. After that, they worked as an associate solicitor at Charles Russell LLP from 2010 to 2013. Rebecca also had a role as a member of the Pensions, Tax, and Property Committee at Resolution from 2011 to 2014. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a freelance PSL providing support to the family law industry. Rebecca then joined Hendersons Family Law as a senior solicitor from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, where they started as a knowledge lawyer before being promoted to senior knowledge lawyer and associate director. Rebecca is currently serving as the partner and head of divisional strategy for the firm's Private Individuals Division, where they collaborate with sector and team leaders to develop and implement strategic direction.

In 1995, they attended the University of Sussex and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Art History, with a focus on Chinese Art and Culture. Rebecca continued their education from 2001 to 2003 at the University of Exeter, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) certification. In 2018, they briefly studied at the International Institute of Legal Project Management, earning a certification as a Certified Legal Project Practitioner.
