David H. Steigler

David H. Steigler, PLA, AICP, DPE, is a Principal Planner and Landscape Architect at Pennoni since August 1999, specializing in land development projects in Northern Virginia, where responsibilities include managing client relations during entitlement, design, and permitting phases. With over 30 years of experience in landscape architecture, land planning, and civil engineering consulting, David has led significant projects such as the Tyson Corner Center and Arrowbrook Center.
