Vince Barnes

Vince Barnes, PE, SI, is a Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Pennoni since June 2016, with extensive experience in forensic site investigations, building rehabilitation, and structural and geotechnical repair recommendations. Prior to this role, Vince served as a Project Manager at Structural Engineering and Inspections, Inc. (SEI) from June 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included report preparation and foundation restoration, as well as monitoring and pile load testing for both residential and commercial projects. Vince holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
