Yolanda Oliver-Commey

Yolanda Oliver-Commey, PE, PTOE, is a seasoned Project Manager and Traffic Engineering Group Lead at Pennoni since 2017, with extensive experience in traffic and roadway engineering across various project delivery methods, including large design-build and traditional design-bid-build projects. Prior roles include senior positions at Parsons Corporation from 2008 to 2017, where expertise was developed in traffic forecasting, analysis, and simulation, as well as roadway design and traffic management. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Mouchel (WSP) from 2004 to 2007, contributing to projects for Transport for London, and at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2004. Yolanda holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
