Brad Weinig is a seasoned professional in affordable housing development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Developer for Pennrose since June 2023, Brad supports the expansion of affordable and workforce housing in the Mountain Region, encompassing Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. Previously, as Director of Catalytic Partnerships for the City and County of Denver from January 2021 to June 2023, Brad led initiatives within the Department of Housing & Stability. Prior roles include Senior Director at Forum Investment Group, where responsibility encompassed workforce housing strategy, and Development Director for Herman & Kittle Properties, focusing on affordable housing in Colorado. Additional experience includes serving as TOD Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners and positions in finance at Citi Group and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Brad holds an MBA in Real Estate & Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
