Kari Lou Frank

Kari Lou Frank is a shareholder at PennStuart, where involvement began in September 2002. Prior to this role, Kari served as both an intern and graduate researcher at NASA Langley Research Center from May 1996 to August 2002. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master's in Public Policy from William & Mary, completed between 1998 and 2002, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication from James Madison University, obtained from 1994 to 1998. Early education was completed at Abingdon High School from 1992 to 1994.
