Shaun Lundy

Shaun Lundy is an accomplished attorney with a robust background in business law and litigation. Since February 2014, Shaun has served as an Officer at Penn Stuart, focusing on commercial real estate development, bankruptcy, corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the coal and natural gas industries. Prior to this role, Shaun worked at Altizer, Walk and White PLLC, where mineral title opinions and general litigation were provided for a Fortune 500 coal and natural gas producer. As a partner at Vetro & Lundy from January 2004 to March 2011, Shaun's practice encompassed general business law, construction law, real estate development, foreclosures, and appellate practice. Shaun holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law (MSEL) from Vermont Law and Graduate School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Political Science and Philosophy from Emory & Henry University.
