Katerina Romanenko

Katerina Romanenko is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in art history and museum education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Katerina instructs courses on the History of American Sculpture and Creative Writing About Art. Katerina has held significant leadership roles, including Director of School and Family Programs and Assistant Director of Museum Education, where Katerina led strategic planning, program development, and team supervision. Katerina's tenure at the Guggenheim Museum as a Gallery Educator involved developing and conducting specialized tours, while also contributing as an Adjunct Lecturer across various higher education institutions and community organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Education at the National Museum of American Jewish History, overseeing educational program implementation, budget management, and team growth. Katerina holds a Ph.D. in Art History from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, among other degrees and certifications.
