Jeff Brown

Jeffrey Brown is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in higher education institutions. Currently serving as Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Pennsylvania College of Technology since June 2021, Brown previously held similar roles at Champlain College and UNC Asheville, where responsibilities included strategic leadership in technology and information security. At Champlain College, Brown was integral to various strategic initiatives and led multiple task forces, while at UNC Asheville, Brown provided a comprehensive vision for technology across a diverse academic environment. Earlier in their career, Brown developed college-wide technology strategies at the University of South Florida and has held multiple roles focusing on systems architecture and user support. Brown holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from St. Johns River State College.
