Roy Smith

Roy Smith is the CEO and founder of Pennsylvania Counseling Services. Prior to founding this company, they worked as a counselor at Pennsylvania Counseling Services.

Roy Smith attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Biola University. Roy holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master's of Clinical Psychology, and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Evangelical Theological Seminary. Roy is certified as an addiction counselor, employee assistance professional, and critical incident stress debriefer. Roy is also a licensed psychologist and ordained minister with the Evangelical Church Alliance.
