Tim Nicklas

Tim Nicklas began their career in 1997 as a case manager at George Junior Republic-Preventative Aftercare. In April 2001, they became the Director of Children's Services at Youth Advocate Program. Tim held this position until April 2003. In May 2003, they began working at Milestones Community Healthcare Inc. as the Director of Operations Harrisburg/Lancaster Division. Tim held this position until February 2004. In February 2004, they joined Pennsylvania Counseling Services as the VP of Treatment Services, where they continue to work today.

Tim Nicklas has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cedarville University and a Master of Social Work from Temple University.
