Ryan Hunkins

Ryan Hunkins is an experienced Applications Manager at Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School since January 2014, overseeing a variety of applications and automating systems and processes. Responsibilities include planning and presenting Windows 10 training for 750 staff, managing O365 mailbox migration, and administering SharePoint, among other applications. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Service Desk Representative and Technical Support Specialist, where Ryan established service desk procedures, conducted a significant laptop refresh project, and provided technical support to users. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences from Robert Morris University and previously worked in various roles at Domenico's Ristorante.
