Nick Gerace

Nick Gerace has extensive work experience in the event production and operations industry. Nick is currently the Director of Event Production and Operations at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Select Event Group for many years, holding various roles including Team Director, Senior Account Executive, General Manager of the Tent/Structure Division, and Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, client relations, sales, and operational goals. Nick also has experience in budgeting, logistics, inventory management, and implementing best practices. Before joining Select Event Group, they worked as a Project Manager and Warehouse Manager at Main Line Party Rentals Inc., where they oversaw multiple departments and handled on-site project management for large-scale events.

Nick Gerace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Immaculata University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, Nick has obtained two certifications. The first certification, obtained in November 2021, is titled "Supporting the Whole Self at Work, a Diversity and Inclusion Imperative" and was obtained from LinkedIn. The second certification, titled "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies," was obtained from LinkedIn in July 2022.
