Patrick O'Rourke, MPH, is an experienced research analyst focused on legislative policy and public health. Currently serving the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since September 2019, Patrick O'Rourke analyzes and refines health-related policies, collaborating with a diverse range of experts to inform decision-making.
