Amy Sechrist

Amy Sechrist is a skilled policy professional with extensive experience in housing and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Amy interprets data to enhance outcomes and manages the 2023 Comprehensive Housing Study while developing communication materials. Previous roles include Policy Officer II and Planning Intern at Renaissance Planning Group, Real Estate and Community Economic Development Graduate Fellow at the DFI at UNC School of Government, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at UNC Department of City and Regional Planning. Notably, Amy contributed to various urban planning projects, provided advocacy for survivors of gender-based violence at WISE of the Upper Valley, and coordinated grant compliance and monitoring at Atlas Research. Amy holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
