Traci Barber

Traci Barber has extensive experience in customer service leadership within the insurance industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Customer Service at Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company since April 2018. Prior to this role, Traci Barber worked at PLM/ILM Mutual Insurance Co, where positions included Assistant Vice President of Customer Service and Director of Customer Service from April 2016 to April 2023, as well as Customer Service Manager from July 2000 to April 2016. Traci Barber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from West Virginia University, completed in 1993.
