Philip Sailor has over 35 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, currently serving as a DAPIA Account Manager at ICC NTA, LLC since April 2022, while also instructing on manufactured home installation for the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Skyline Corporation and Eagle River Homes, and Service Manager at Marlette Homes and Fleetwood Homes of Pennsylvania. Sailor began their career as a Field Engineer and Quality Auditor with the National Conference of States on Building Codes and Standards. Educationally, Sailor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Indiana State University and completed studies at George Peabody College and Evanston Township High School.

Though formed in 1946, we officially incorporated in 1949 establishing headquarters in New Cumberland, PA.
