Martin Raniowski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martin started their career as a Policy Analyst at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1998. In 2001, they joined the American Heart Association as a Senior Director until 2006. In 2007, they became Deputy Secretary at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where they served until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Martin worked as the Senior Vice President of Policy and Programs at the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Martin then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Pennsylvania Medical Society from 2017 onwards.
Martin Raniowski attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics. Martin then pursued further education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998, earning a Master's degree in Public Policy and Political Science.
